TRIDENT Training Facility Tour
Thirty one Camden - Kings Bay and Savannah Council members joined CAPT
Steven Hall, Commanding Officer, and CMDCM Matt Suzor, Command Master
Chief, for an April 14th tour of TRIDENT Training Facility. The group
experienced up-close demonstrations of the damage control wet trainer,
the diesel lab, the torpedo lab, the ship control team trainer, and the
Coast Guard simulator. As a special treat, the group was addressed by
RDML Michael White, Commander Naval Education & Training Command, as
well as by CAPT Hall. RDML White is responsible for over 200 training
schools for the Navy and was visiting TTF that day. Following the tour,
the group was treated to lunch by our Council. Special thanks to Cheryl
Aston and Alyce Thornhill for arranging the lunch.
