The Submarine League, SubVets, Submarine Museum and Navy League will have a booth at the Festival, right in front of the Sub Museum. Stop by the booth to say “Hi” or spend some time at the booth. Navy League Director Keith Post, Director of the Sub Museum, promises a chair, water, bathroom access and maybe a cup of Navy Coffee to anyone that will spend time at the booth to answer questions about Navy League, and help recruit new members.
The new Group Ten commander, RDML Bob Wirth will be a Grand Marshal for the parade that starts at 10:00, along with community leader and long-time Navy League member Jim Gant. Enjoy the excitement (and food and craft vendors and evening fireworks) at the Festival, see friends, and celebrate July 4th at the best small waterfront town in the country. |
