December 7th to Lake City VA Medical Center

Members of our Council will travel to the Lake City (FL) Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) on Friday, December 7, 2018, to visit with hospitalized veterans and deliver much needed supplies to the vets.
The current “Wish List” for the Lake City VAMC includes:
Sets of sweat pants/shirtsA charcoal grill
Adaptive Sports Equipment (Pickle Ball, Bocci Ball, Shuffle Board sticks & pucks, tennis balls)
Headphones (not earbuds) that go on the outside of the ear
Universal TV Remotes (as they often come up missing)
Monetary donations that can be used in the Medical Center Christmas accoun
Any of these items you can contribute will be much appreciated. Monetary contributions will be used to purchase these and other items to make our hospitalized veterans more comfortable, especially during the holiday season.
Our trip on December 7th is a “perfect storm” of reasons to support our visit with donations and to sign up to join us for the visit.
